Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) supports respiratory health by helping to clear airways, reduce inflammation, and promote easier breathing. It’s especially beneficial for seasonal allergies, sinus pressure, colds, and chronic conditions like asthma. Paired with the unique environment of our Himalayan Salt Cave, you'll also experience a deep sense of calm and mental reset.
